Project Overview
While Facebook was top of mind as a place to connect with friends and family, the value of the platform didn't stop there. More than 400 million people already belonged to a Facebook Group they found meaningful, and there was an opportunity to help more people discover and engage with others over their shared interests.
With the redesign of the Groups tab, we launched a new brand platform for Facebook called "More Together" — showing how people from all backgrounds can come together over shared interests and experiences.
Thanks to the creativity of the groups and their dedicated and passionate admins, there was an unlimited number of stories we could tell — from big tree lovers to deaf basketballers to chonky cat lovers — showing the power of people to do more together.
