Campaign Overview

As Instagram turned 15, we recognized a universal truth about creativity: the excitement and nervousness that comes with putting something out into the world. "Make It Anyway" celebrates the creative chances that fuel our mission—encouraging people to overcome barriers and take that leap of faith.

Our vision was to identify creators who truly embody taking creative chances—the 'team IG' mindset. We partnered with artists like Tyler, The Creator, Rosalía, Fred again.., Clint 419, and Slawn to showcase authentic stories of creative risk-taking. This was paired with tools that continue Instagram's democratizing mission: Trial Reels, the Edits video app, and programs like Drafts that support emerging creators.
