Project Overview
Unlike traditional export businesses that rely on big companies and bulk distribution, Facebook and Instagram's platforms enable even the smallest local businesses to connect directly with customers around the world. We wanted to humanize the export narrative and show how Facebook helps local creators connect with people who genuinely love their products.
By partnering with local export enablers and governments, we leaned into the local pride of "Made by _____"—a platform that expanded across Korea, Japan, Taiwan, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia, France, and Ireland. The campaign demonstrated how Facebook's tools could democratize global commerce, giving small businesses the same reach once only available to large corporations.
